Abrasive Waterjet Cutting
We have four Waterjet tables at our facility. These tables are 4' X 8', 6' X 10', 13' X 13' and 14' X 16' The waterjets are operated by separate pump stations each capable of producing 55,000 p.s.i. Water and abrasive combined together travel through the cutting heads at twice the speed of sound. We have the ability to cut through virtually any material, A - Z.
Some materials are heat sensitive. With waterjet technology there is no Heat Affected Zone (HAZ). In projects where you're contemplating Waterjet vs. Plasma, Waterjet is your choice for maximum material yield with no HAZ.
In many cases, the cut surface is used in the final product. Thus eliminating the need for secondary machining. Our tolerances can be as close as +/- .005"

We offer same day quote requests on most quotes. Our in-house CAD capability allows us to draw your requirement from stated dimensions, or from a sketch. We are also capable of using your DXF files as a more economical route to serve your needs.
